5. Payment

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

1. Cancellation and Refunds

• Order Cancellation: Guests may cancel their order for products through the Minitel service by contacting our online customer service chat.
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds for canceled orders will be considered based on the following conditions:
• Orders canceled before a courier has collected the order may be eligible for a full refund.
• Orders canceled after the courier has picked up the scheduled delivery may not be eligible for a refund, and the guest may be charged a cancellation fee.
